For a number of years the Federal Opposition's Party, PAS has been vocal is their asking for the Oil Royalty to the be given to the State - Kelantan. The new Malaysian PM had OKed it, but it will be reimburse as "pity money" through a Federal Government Establishment in Kelantan.
