Four legal organizations, including the European Association of Judges, filed lawsuits against the European Commission due to the fact that it approved the allocation of 35 billion euros to Poland from the pandemic response fund.
Lawyers point out that Warsaw refuses to comply with the decision of the European Court of Justice to reform its judicial system. In this regard, the EC is obliged to block the allocation of funds to Poland.
